Sevilla FC begins fourth preseason week with a defined training plan

Sevilla FC has announced their training plan for the fourth week of preseason, which includes trips to the Netherlands and friendly matches. The team, which finished the 2025 season in 13th place in La Liga with 43 points (12 wins, 7 draws, and 19 losses), aims to improve their performance in the new campaign.

What does the training plan include?

Luis García Plaza's team will have a recovery session on Monday and rest on Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday, starting at 9:00 and 9:30 AM respectively, they will hold sessions at the Cisneros Palacios sports city. On Thursday, they will travel to the Netherlands, where they will stay until August 7.

Friendly matches in the Netherlands

In the Netherlands, Sevilla FC will play two friendly matches: on July 31 against NEC Nimega and on August 2 against Utrecht. These matches will serve to continue their preparation for the new season.

Trip to Germany and La Liga debut

On August 7, the team will travel to Germany to face Bayer Leverkusen on August 8. After this match, Sevilla FC will return to Seville and rest on Sunday, August 9. Starting on Monday, August 10, they will begin preparations for their La Liga debut against Rayo Vallecano, scheduled for August 15 at 9:30 PM.
